Umami Sushi & Ramen Bar is located at 6 College Park Dr. Unit 10 in Georgetown.
The restaurant describes itself as a Japanese spot focused on fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional recipes.
The menu centers around familiar favorites like sushi, sashimi, and ramen, prepared with Japanese culinary techniques.
For Georgetown, it adds another option for anyone looking for a sit-down meal, takeout, or an easy lunch or dinner spot close to town.

What’s on the Menu
On the sushi side, you will find classic maki and hand rolls like California rolls, spicy tuna rolls, shrimp tempura rolls, eel avocado rolls, salmon avocado rolls, and yellowtail jalapeño rolls.
They also have specialty rolls such as the Umami Roll, Crunchy Roll, Tropical Roll, Volcano Roll, Salmon Lovers Roll, Godzilla Roll, Dynamite Roll, Black Dragon Roll, and Fire Island Roll.
For ramen, options include Tonkotsu Ramen, Sapporo Miso Ramen, Shoyu Ramen, Chicken Ramen, Shrimp Tempura Ramen, Seafood Ramen, and Vegetable Ramen.
You can also add toppings like black garlic, hot sauce, ajitama egg, chashu pork belly, shrimp tempura, chicken cutlet, corn, bamboo, nori seaweed, and extra broth.
The menu also has kitchen starters like gyoza, edamame, takoyaki, shrimp tempura, chicken karaage, pork bao, and harumaki, along with teriyaki, hibachi, rice, udon, sushi dinners, sashimi platters, poke bowls, chirashi bowls, and lunch specials.

Recent Grand Opening Celebration
Umami Sushi & Ramen Bar held its grand opening on Friday, June 12th.
To mark the occasion, the restaurant offered 50% off all menu items during the first hour and invited the community to attend its ribbon cutting.
The celebration came a few weeks after the restaurant’s soft opening on May 18th, which gave local diners a first taste of the new spot before the official grand opening.

Umami Sushi & Ramen Bar is open seven days a week, with lunch and dinner hours throughout the week.
Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
- Friday: 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
- Sunday: 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
