If you have been looking for a workout that feels softer, lighter, and honestly just more fun, this one might be exactly your kind of thing.
Pilates Class With a Twist
Puppies and Pilates is a premium pop-up wellness experience that combines low-impact, full-body mat Pilates with intentional puppy interaction.
Each 75-minute session starts with a guided mat Pilates class led by a top Pilates instructor.
After class, you get relaxed puppy time, giving you a chance to unwind, play gently, and enjoy a seriously sweet reset.
You still get the movement, the studio setting, and the wellness feel, but with puppies added into the mix. Pretty hard to be mad about that.
What’s Included
Each ticket includes:
- 45 minutes of premium guided mat Pilates
- 30 minutes of puppy interaction and unwind time
- A Pilates mat for the session
- A mocktail moment after class

Why You’ll Love It
This class is a sweet fit if you love Pilates, puppies, wellness experiences, or just need a break that feels good without being too serious.
The Pilates portion is low-impact and focused on mindful movement, so you can connect with your body without feeling like you are dragging yourself through an intense workout.
You can expect gentle play, soft moments, and plenty of photo-worthy content in a curated studio setting.
It is cute, yes, but there is more to it than that. You get a wellness moment, and the puppies get guided exposure to people, new spaces, and calm interaction.
Puppy Comfort Comes First
The experience is also built with the puppies’ well-being in mind, which is very important.
The team keeps the space clean, calm, and safe before, during, and between classes.
Puppies have access to fresh water, downtime between sessions, and the freedom to nap whenever they need to.
The puppies participating in class are fully weaned, up to date on vaccinations, and carefully evaluated before joining the experience.
Classes are intentionally low-stress, with gentle socialization that helps the puppies build confidence, adjust to new environments, and interact positively with people.
You will also be asked to follow a few simple guidelines, including sanitizing your hands and removing your shoes before entering the studio, to help keep the space safe and healthy for everyone.
A Few Things to Know Before You Go
You should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time for check-in and preparation.
Socks are required for class, and you can purchase them at the studio if needed.
All participants must complete a liability waiver before joining the session.
Guests must be at least 12 years old to attend, and anyone ages 12 to 15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Since the sessions include live puppies, interaction time may vary. The team creates opportunities for guests to connect with the puppies, but puppy time is never forced or guaranteed.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, but you can transfer your class up to 3 days before the event by emailing [email protected].

Puppy Breeds and Summer Dates
Puppy breeds are usually announced 3 days before each session on Instagram stories and on the Puppies and Pilates website.
Breeds are not guaranteed and may change at the last minute, so checking before your class is part of the fun.
Puppies and Pilates will have various Rehoboth Beach dates throughout the summer, and spots are limited.
If this sounds like your kind of reset, checking the website early is probably a good idea.
Packages for Groups and Private Events
The VIP Birthday Package is made for you and 10 friends, with the signature class, time to unwind together, and a surprise gift for the birthday guest.
The 3 Class Pack is a good fit if you already know one session will not be enough.
For smaller groups, the Girls Just Want To Have Fun Package includes up to 6 guests, with a semi-private class, reserved mats together, photo opportunities, puppy cuddle time, and complimentary grip socks.
Larger private experiences are available for bachelorette parties and corporate events, with options for up to 20 guests.
Depending on the package, these can include a custom playlist, bridal or branded setup, reserved social time, light bites, and an Instagram Reel delivered after the event.
So if you are planning something with friends, coworkers, or your favorite people, this is a cute way to make it feel more personal than a regular class.
