Alpaca Yoga at Four Acres Living

Alpaca Yoga at Four Acres Living gives you an hour of yoga with alpacas wandering around while instructors from Ocean Vayu yoga studio lead the session. 

The alpacas mingle and meander as you move through class, and if you want a closer visit, feed can be placed on your mat to help bring them over. 

Bring your own mat, expect a very different kind of yoga class, and do not be surprised if the alpacas are the reason everyone leaves smiling.

Bleak Week: Cinema of Despair at Cinema Art Theater

Cinema Art Theater is going in a darker direction with Bleak Week: Cinema of Despair, presented by the Rehoboth Beach Film Society in partnership with the American Cinematheque. 

This film series focuses on powerful, heavy stories that explore difficult parts of human history, fear, tragedy, brutality, and the darker sides of humanity. 

The lineup includes screenings of Control, The Virgin Suicides, Brokeback Mountain, and Wuthering Heights, with captioned showings available for select films. 

It is not exactly a light movie weekend, but if you like intense, emotional, thought-provoking cinema, this one has a very specific audience in mind.

Dimitra Yoga Weekend Classes

Dimitra Yoga has a full lineup of classes planned, with options that let you move, breathe, slow down, or reset depending on what your body needs. 

The schedule includes beach yoga in Lewes and Rehoboth, Hot Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, Silent Waves Yoga at Lewes Beach, Canalfront Park Yoga, and Reset. 

Some classes take you onto the sand or into outdoor spaces, while others bring you into the studio for a more focused practice.

The group has been offering yoga in Dewey Beach since 2017, and the daily summer schedule makes it easy to work in a little movement, fresh air, and calm before the rest of the day gets going. 

It is a nice option if you want something low-key and beachy that still feels like you did something good for yourself.

Sand Dollar Sunset Cruise

The Sand Dollar Sunset Cruise takes you out around Rehoboth Bay for an easy, family-friendly ride with views of beautiful homes, quiet nature scenes, and local wildlife along the way. 

The cruise leaves from the dock directly behind the Rusty Rudder, so it is simple to find before you head out on the water. 

You’ll be on The Sand Dollar, a 45-foot pontoon powerboat with open views, partially covered seating, and yes, a bathroom on board, since that is always good to know before a boat ride. 

As the sun starts to go down, the captain shares live narration while you take in the bay from the water.

Shanty Night at the Sussex Tavern

Shanty Night at the Sussex Tavern brings a little old-world sailor energy to the tavern with singing, cheering, ranting, raving, and plenty of character. 

The monthly event is built around the feel of British sailors gathering for a rowdy night, so you can expect something more playful and theatrical than a regular night out for drinks. 

The event is free to attend, so you’ll just need to cover your own drinks.

Who Are You – Tribute to The Who at Milton Theatre

Who Are You brings a full-on tribute to The Who, with the kind of high-energy live show made for fans who want more than just a few familiar hits. 

The set pulls from early favorites like “I Can’t Explain” and “Magic Bus,” along with bigger classics from the band’s later years, including “Baba O’Riley” and “Who Are You.” 

The band also performs Tommy in its entirety, giving you the chance to hear the rock opera that helped define that whole style of music. 

If The Who is already on your playlist, this is a must-go.

Rocking The Docks: Team USA Watch Party 

Rocking The Docks is turning the Lewes Ferry Grounds into a waterfront watch party for Team USA vs. Australia, and you do not need a ticket to join in. 

Gates open before kickoff, with vendors, games, activities, giveaways, and big-screen warm-ups leading into the match. 

Once the game starts, you can watch with a crowd instead of sitting at home yelling at the TV by yourself. 

After the final whistle, vendors stay open so you can hang around a little longer and keep the energy going by the water.

West Side Creative Market is a laid-back open-air market in Rehoboth Beach with more than 20 local artists and makers, rotating food trucks, live music, drinks, and a strong community feel. 

This market is a great stop if you want to shop handmade goods, grab food from Brandylynns or Shore Island, listen to music by Devin Canfield, and support local creatives in a casual outdoor setting. 

It is also family-friendly, dog-friendly, free to attend, and easy to enjoy whether you are going for the shopping, the food, the music, or just the neighborhood vibe.

Don’t Tell Comedy in Rehoboth Beach

Don't Tell Comedy in Rehoboth Beach keeps the night a little mysterious by having a secret indoor hotel venue and a lineup that isn't revealed until the comedians go on stage.

People who buy tickets get the exact location the day of the show, which is part of the fun because the whole idea is to keep things a secret. 

The comedians are also kept secret, but each lineup is carefully put together with a mix of local talent, up-and-coming performers, and comedians who are already touring the country. 

Drinks and food will be available for purchase.

Book Signing with Ed Haggerty at Milton Home Coffee Roastery

Ed Haggerty will be at Milton Home Coffee Roastery to read from and sign copies of Beeper, a story about a grackle who is abandoned by his flock and raised by a robin named Rachel. 

Because Beeper is different, he is teased by the other robins, but the story follows how he eventually does something no one else in the flock could do. 

You can stop by, meet the author, hear more about the book, and pick up a signed copy while visiting a local Milton coffee spot.

Lewes Garden Tour and Market

The Lewes Garden Tour is back for its 35th year, giving you a look inside eight private gardens selected for this year’s tour. 

Your ticket comes as a booklet with garden descriptions and a map, so you can move through the tour at your own pace instead of trying to figure it out as you go. 

Along with the gardens, Zwaanendael Park will have a Garden Market with vendors selling garden-related items, plus garden lectures from Lewes in Bloom member Bill Adelman. 

Tickets are available in advance through the Lewes Chamber of Commerce, and you can pick up or purchase ticket booklets at the chamber’s visitor center in the historic Fisher-Martin House.

Dine to Donate: Surf Gimp Foundation at Big Chill Beach Club

Big Chill Beach Club is marking International Surfing Day with a Dine to Donate event supporting the Surfgimp Foundation. 

The organization helps individuals with disabilities pursue active lifestyles through adaptive equipment, lessons, competitions, recreation, and other opportunities that make sports and adventure more accessible. 

During the fundraiser, 15% of sales will be donated to the foundation, so you can grab food, order drinks, enjoy the beach atmosphere, and support work that helps more people get out and do the things they love.

Lights Out: Tribute To Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons at Milton Theatre

Lights Out brings four-part harmony, big personality, and a full tribute to the music of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. 

The group started as four college friends singing together and has grown into a touring act known for its polished vocals and signature sound. 

You can expect favorites like “Sherry,” “Walk Like A Man,” “My Eyes Adored You,” “Let’s Hang On,” “December ’63,” and plenty more from the Frankie Valli songbook.

Father’s Day Weekend Brunch at Ocean View Brewing Company

Ocean View Brewing Company is doing Father’s Day weekend with a coastal brunch menu made for comfort food people, beer fans, and families getting together near Bethany Beach. 

A few highlights include birria chilaquiles, jelly doughnut French toast, steak and eggs, and a hangover burger loaded with brunch-style extras. 

You can also pair brunch with options like $6 mimosas, a brew-mosa, a Zingy Michelada, or non-alcoholic drinks like Mango Tango and Peach Lemonade.

Randy Houser at Bottle & Cork

Randy Houser is one of those country artists whose voice does a lot of the heavy lifting.

He has also been showing up on screen, with roles in Killers of the Flower Moon and The Hill. 

For someone who likes country, this is a solid concert night at Bottle & Cork.

Rocking The Docks: Rolling Together Revue

Rolling Together Revue brings G. Love, Donavon Frankenreiter, and Moon Taxi to the Lewes Ferry Grounds for an outdoor show right on the water. 

Rocking The Docks gives you the full summer concert setup, with free on-site parking, food trucks, craft brews, wine, cocktails, bay views, and sunset scenery around the stage. 

You can bring blankets or low-back chairs for the designated seated areas, and kids 12 and younger can attend for free. 

The show is all ages, rain or shine, and the ferry grounds are handicap accessible.

John George at Dickens Parlour Theatre

John George brings comedy, sleight-of-hand magic, illusions, and plenty of audience banter to Dickens Parlour Theatre.

He has performed around the world, including at The Magic Castle in Los Angeles, and also appears as part of the magic duo The Magical Misfits. 

If you like a show where you cannot fully trust your own eyes, this one fits.

Summer Solstice Luau Party at Big Chill Beach Club

Big Chill Beach Club is hosting a Summer Solstice Luau Party with music, hula dancers, fire dancing, and beachside views from the Sunset Lounge. 

Soul Chase will play live during the early part of the celebration, and then Hawaiian Entertainment takes over with a hula and fire dance performance later in the evening. 

It is a fun one if you want something that feels a little more festive than a regular Sunday at the beach.

Farmers’ Market at Nassau Valley Vineyards

Sundays at Nassau Valley Vineyards are a relaxed way to spend time outdoors with local vendors, live music, food, and locally made wine. 

You can shop for local produce, honey, jams, arts and crafts, and other vendor goods, then stay to hear music from artists like Jr. Wilson and Chatty, Matt Lafferty, Hot Sauce, Keith Mack, Ed Shockley, and more. 

Nassau Valley also has a full sangria bar made with its own wines, plus food from on-site vendors, and families are welcome to bring a chair or settle in at the vineyard for the afternoon.
