Southern Delaware Brewing Company is preparing to make a big splash in Millsboro as the anchor tenant of the upcoming Mill Retail Center along Route 113.
This bold expansion would mark the brewery’s third and final Delaware location allowed under state law, joining its sister brewpubs, Ocean View Brewing Company and Thompson Island Brewing Company in Rehoboth Beach.
The Mill Retail Center is projected to span 17,000 square feet, with a 6,000-square-foot restaurant anchor, outdoor gaming areas, and retail shops.
Early estimates suggest the build-out could exceed $1 million, transforming the space into a lively commercial hub where locals and visitors can relax, dine, and play.
For SoDel Concepts, this move follows its big 2023 debut of Surf Bagel in Millsboro, continuing a pattern of growth in the community.
