The shop, founded by Lara Ozden Ware, will have its soft opening on Saturday, March 8, offering a variety of coffee, tea, and snacks.
From Humble Beginnings to a Thriving Business
Lara Ozden Ware’s love for coffee started in her grandparents’ coffee shop and bakery in Turkey. That passion followed her to Sussex County, where she initially ran Milton Home Coffee Roastery from a small outbuilding at her home on Cave Neck Road.
As demand for her expertly roasted coffee grew, she realized it was time to find a larger space. After two years of searching, she secured a storefront near the corner of Mulberry and Lavinia streets.
Now, with the capacity to produce up to 500 pounds of coffee daily, Milton Home Coffee Roastery is ready to serve more customers while maintaining its commitment to quality and freshness.
A Coffee Experience Like No Other
The new shop will offer an extensive menu of beverages, including lattes, espressos, cappuccinos, americanos, and traditional Turkish coffee.
For non-coffee drinkers, there will be teas, smoothies, and refreshing acai bowls. Customers can also grab snacks like yogurt parfait and oatmeal chia, making it a perfect stop for breakfast or an afternoon pick-me-up.
