Hi friends! My name is Gabriella Viacara, and I'm the Business Manager here at Lunden Group. I oversee our team's day-to-day operations, helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes so our agents can focus on what they do best: serving our clients. 

My role is a little bit of everything, and that's exactly why I love it. From managing systems and our long term projects to overseeing our client experience, team newsletters & marketing, our team listings, our team's under contract clients, and our overall social media presence, I work to keep our business growing while ensuring every client has an incredible experience from start to finish. Whether it's supporting our team internally, coordinating moving pieces behind the scenes, or helping create the content you see across our social media channels, I'm always looking for ways to strengthen our business, share more invaluable information about our beautiful area of Coastal Delaware, and continuously improve our client experience. Through strategic marketing, hyper-local content, and a strong social media presence, we've built platforms that help thousands of people stay connected with everything happening around the Delaware beaches while giving our clients' homes incredible exposure. Being part of that growth has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career.

A little bit about me: I graduated from the University of Delaware a few years ago with dual bachelor's degrees in Political Science and English, along with minors in Public Policy, Politics & Social Justice, and Legal Studies. In other words, I'm a certified nerd, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I've always loved learning, storytelling, and finding creative ways to solve problems, all of which have become invaluable in my role here. Outside of work, you'll usually find me reading (I'm always accepting book recommendations if you have any), planning my next international trip, spending time with my three dogs, heading to a live concert or stand-up comedy show, cooking a new recipe, spending time with my parents, or relaxing at one of Coastal Delaware's beautiful beaches (with a new book of course). I love meeting new people, building meaningful connections, and finding ways to make a positive impact both professionally and personally.

I'm incredibly grateful to be part of such an amazing team, and I look forward to helping make your experience with Lunden Group as smooth, exciting, and extremely memorable.
