From a custom design studio in Harbeson to a new juice bar in Bethany Beach and several much-anticipated additions on Route 1, there’s plenty to look forward to for locals and visitors alike.

Now Open: Juice Box Bethany Beach

A local favorite for fresh and nutritious food, Juice Box has officially landed in Bethany Beach. 

The new location celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting on October 22nd, marking an exciting milestone for owner Lisa Daisey-DiFebo and her team.

Just steps from the beach, this new shop offers the full Juice Box experience, from organic juices and smoothies to açai bowls, wraps, and sandwiches, now with an added twist. 

The Bethany Beach location features a pantry-style section with grab-and-go items, making it even easier for beachgoers and locals to grab something quick and healthy.

You can visit Juice Box Bethany Beach daily from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 8 N Pennsylvania Avenue, Bethany Beach.

Coming Soon: Rise Up Coffee Drive-Thru

Fans of Rise Up Coffee can soon enjoy their favorite brews even faster. 

The Maryland-based brand is expanding its presence in Delaware with a new drive-through location called Rise Up Coastal, coming soon to Sandpiper Plaza on Route 1 outside of Rehoboth.

The new site occupies the small building next to Rosenfeld’s Jewish Delicatessen and the Beef Jerky Outlet, previously home to Mudslingers Drive-Thru Coffee. 

With its convenient location and community-focused mission, Rise Up Coastal is expected to become a go-to morning stop for commuters and coffee lovers alike.

There is no official opening date announced yet.

Coming Soon: Pizza Machine Second Location

Another exciting addition on the horizon is Pizza Machine’s second location, set to open soon in the Safeway shopping center off Route 1, north of Rehoboth Beach.

Part of the Dewey Beer Co. family, Pizza Machine first opened in 2022 across from the Dewey Beer Company’s Harbeson site. 

Its menu includes wood-fired pizzas, salads, appetizers, subs, and wraps, all crafted with fresh ingredients and a creative touch.

The new location, in the Shops at Sea Coast, will take over the former Hammy’s Burgers & Shakes space and join a lineup of neighbors including First State Brewing Company and Moe’s Southwest Grill. 

While no opening date has been shared yet, excitement is already building among pizza fans eager to welcome the expansion.

Now Open: SnapBack Custom Apparel 

SnapBack Custom Apparel officially opened its doors on October 4th along Route 9 in Harbeson, offering high-quality custom design and production services.

Specializing in screen printing, embroidery, laser engraving, and custom patches, the shop provides personalized solutions for both businesses and individuals across Sussex County. 

The team behind SnapBack is passionate about supporting small local ventures by keeping order minimums low and maintaining a simple, efficient process:
