Jobseekers and students in Delaware have an exciting opportunity to explore careers in public service at the 4th Annual Statewide Career Fair.
Hosted by the Delaware Department of Human Resources (DHR), the event will take place on Wednesday, April 9, at the Smyrna Readiness Center.
Opportunities for Jobseekers
The career fair will showcase job openings from a range of state agencies, including:
- Delaware’s Executive Branch agencies
- The Delaware National Guard
- The Judicial Branch
- School districts across the state
Attendees will have the chance to network with recruiters, participate in on-site interviews, and gain insights into careers in state government.
Event Details and Schedule
To accommodate various attendees, the career fair will be structured into sessions:
- High School Students:
- 9 a.m. — 10 a.m. (Session #1)
- 10 a.m. — 11 a.m. (Session #2)
- 11 a.m. — 12 p.m. (Session #3 / College Power Hour)
- General Public: 12 p.m. — 3 p.m.
Spanish and American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters will be available to assist attendees.
