Annette Pennoni Meadow Pavilion
The Delaware Botanic Gardens in Dagsboro recently marked 12 years of dedication and community support with the opening of the new Annette Pennoni Meadow Pavilion and a shift into an exciting new era of leadership.
This year’s Annual Dinner, DBG’s biggest fundraising event, was held for the first time in the new pavilion, located near the garden’s entrance.
The space features high, beamed ceilings, large side doors that open for an airy feel, and a cozy fireplace that adds warmth and charm.
Guests enjoyed a SoDel Concepts dinner, wine from Bin 66, and live music by the band 5th Avenue as the sun set over the gardens.
The guest of honor was Chuck Pennoni, chairman of Pennoni Associates of Bryn Mawr, Pa., a founding corporate partner and key supporter of DBG’s development.
The pavilion is named in memory of his wife, Annette, who passed away in 2019.

Salt Life Pipe Dreams
Salt Life Pipe Dreams celebrated its grand opening in Selbyville with a ribbon cutting ceremony on August 22nd.
Hosted by the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce, the event brought together friends, family, and local residents to welcome the new business to town.
