Old Crow Manor Returns to Georgetown With New Horror Experiences

Looking for something genuinely scary to do in Coastal Delaware this Halloween season?

Old Crow Manor is back in Georgetown for its 2026 season, bringing live scare actors, creepy animatronics, dark corridors, and a few new ways to test your nerves.

This year's lineup includes traditional haunted house nights, an intense experience for adults, and a holiday horror event coming later after Halloween is over in December.

What to Expect at Old Crow Manor Haunted House

Old Crow Manor has come a long way since it started as a home haunt more than five years ago.

What started as a Halloween attraction at a private residence has blossomed into a semi-professional haunted house experience, thanks in large part to the wonderful community of horror fans who have supported it year after year.

The attraction combines elaborate displays, animatronics, and live performers to create an experience where you never quite know what's waiting around the next corner.

Even before entering the haunted house, visitors can explore a front yard filled with eerie decorations, moving figures, and unsettling creations.

Once inside, things get considerably more intense!

Old Crow Manor traditionally features a team of 6 to 12 live scare actors who hide throughout the attraction, waiting for the right moment to catch visitors off guard.

Dark rooms, winding corridors, and unexpected encounters are all part of the experience, with an emphasis on psychological suspense and the fear of not knowing what comes next.

For 2026, the attraction is promising an even larger and more immersive experience, with an expanded cast of terrifying characters and new ways to keep visitors guessing.

Regular Haunted House Nights Continue Through Halloween

For those who enjoy a good Halloween scare, Old Crow Manor's regular haunted house experience is running throughout October, with several nights still scheduled before the season wraps up.

The attraction's remaining regular haunt dates are:

  • Friday, October 23: 7 PM to 10 PM
  • Saturday, October 24: 7 PM to 10 PM
  • Friday, October 30: 7 PM to 10 PM
  • Saturday, October 31: 7 PM to 10 PM

Visitors can expect the attraction's signature combination of creepy scenery, live actors, and sudden scares throughout the haunted house.

But the Halloween festivities at Old Crow Manor won't end on October 31!

The attraction has also scheduled a special Trick-or-Treat Night for Sunday, November 1, also from 7 PM to 10 PM.

The event marks the final scheduled night of Old Crow Manor's fall season and offers another opportunity to visit after Halloween itself.

Holiday Horror Nights Bring the Scares Back in December

If you think haunted houses are only for Halloween, Old Crow Manor has another surprise planned.

The attraction will return in December with Holiday Horror Nights, a seasonal horror experience that trades traditional Halloween themes for a darker version of the winter holidays.

Instead of cheerful decorations and familiar holiday characters, visitors can expect eerie seasonal scenery, twisted holiday figures, sinister winter creatures, and live actors lurking throughout the attraction.

The event will combine holiday imagery with the dark corridors, unsettling encounters, and psychological scares that Old Crow Manor is known for.

Holiday Horror Nights are scheduled for:

  • Friday, December 11: 7 PM to 10 PM
  • Saturday, December 12: 7 PM to 10 PM

Both dates are restricted to visitors ages 16 and older.
