Across towns like Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island, Millville, and beyond, participating shops, restaurants, and local spots are joining in with special promotions, in-store raffles, and fun extras like story times and giveaways.

Every time you visit a store, you have a chance to win a grand prize worth $500, as well as other prizes at certain locations.

Dogfish Head’s Weekend of Compelling Ales & Spirits

Dogfish Head’s Weekend of Compelling Ales & Spirits is all about exploring bold flavors and creative pairings across their coastal Delaware locations.

Throughout the weekend, you can try beer and spirit-focused dishes, sample rare and specialty releases, and experience a range of events like a self-guided tasting tour through the Milton Brewery and Distillery.

The tasting experience includes multiple food pairings designed around their beverages, along with collaborations and limited offerings you do not usually see.

There are also other events going on at their different locations, such as a beer dinner, a lobster brunch, live music, and more.

After the show, there is also a chance to see a live horseshoe crab up close, which makes the experience even more special for younger kids.

It is designed for ages 3 and up with an adult, and it is a great option if you are looking for something to do with the family.

David Wimbish & Jesse James DeConto at The Listening Booth

This show brings together two artists who have worked alongside each other for years and are now touring together for the first time.

David Wimbish and Jesse James DeConto each bring their own style rooted in folk and indie influences.

Their history of working together adds another level to the performance because they are not only musicians on stage but also long-time creative partners.

The set should go back and forth between lighter and more serious moments, with songs that are both personal and about bigger issues.

Delaware Resorts Spring Home Expo at Cape Henlopen High School

With more than 160 exhibitors in one place, you can walk through and connect with builders, real estate professionals, mortgage and finance experts, insurance companies, a wide range of home service providers, and local artisans.

It is free to attend, and many exhibitors offer discounts, giveaways, and specials throughout the weekend, so it is worth taking the time to walk through and see what is out there.

On top of that, it supports Sussex County Habitat for Humanity, which will also be on-site sharing more about their work.

The course is known for being flat and fast, and it starts and finishes on the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, which makes it stand out from other races in the area.

It is also a Boston Qualifier, which makes it even more interesting for serious runners.

Beyond the races themselves, there is a strong focus on the overall experience, with race swag, finisher medals, free race photos, and a finish line celebration that includes food, drinks, and entertainment.

History in Bloom Tour in Lewes

The History in Bloom Tour is a great way to experience Lewes during the Tulip Celebration while also learning more about the town itself.

Each tour is led by both a historic guide and a garden guide, so you get a mix of local history and insight into the different tulip varieties and other plants throughout the area.

As you walk through locations like Mary Vessels Park and Zwaanendael Park, you will hear about Lewes’ past, from its early Dutch founding to how it has grown into what it is today.

This tour begins at 1812 Park, directly across from the Cannonball House on Front Street.

This pop-up book sale is a simple but worthwhile stop if you enjoy browsing for something new to read.

There are a lot of different types of books in the selection, including bestsellers from the past, cookbooks, beach reads, and children's books, all at reasonable prices.

The Friends of the South Coastal Library put the event together, so every purchase helps the library and its programs.

Hosted at Pacific Wine and Spirits in Rehoboth, this event gives you the chance to learn more about the wines while tasting selections that highlight both craftsmanship and the story behind each bottle.

Resin Wave: Pick Your Piece at Rehoboth Art League

The Resin Wave class is a hands-on way to create something you can actually use at home, like a Lazy Susan or a charcuterie board, with a coastal-inspired resin wave design.

You get all the materials you need, and you can choose from different colors to make your piece unique while you learn how to work with food-safe poured resin.

It is also designed for beginners, so no prior experience is needed, and the instructor guides you through the process step by step.

Remember that your piece will need to stay on-site to dry, and it's a good idea to wear clothes that can get a little dirty because resin work can be messy.
