How Kristina’s Kitchen Got Its Start
Kristina’s Kitchen began its journey in 2014 as the “Smoothie Shack,” operating inside the Mind, Body & Sole Wellness Center in Bethany Beach.
From the very beginning, the focus was on nourishing the local community with wholesome, thoughtfully prepared food.
When the Smoothie Shack closed in 2018, the mission continued.
Throughout 2019, Kristina kept the business alive by preparing and delivering healthy meals directly from her home kitchen, maintaining strong connections with friends, customers, and the surrounding community.
In 2020, Kristina’s Kitchen found its first brick-and-mortar home on Atlantic Avenue (Route 26) in Millville, across from Bank’s Liquors.

As the business continued to grow, Kristina’s Kitchen expanded once again.
