The Make It Right Award honors properties that live Hilton’s hospitality values.

It celebrates hotels that demonstrate:

  • Strong Hilton Honors member appreciation
  • Impeccable room cleanliness
  • Effective problem resolution
  • Outstanding overall stay scores

Only eight hotels across Hilton’s entire system earned both distinctions this year.

Leadership That Inspires

General Manager Alli Hutchinson credited her team for the achievement.

“Winning both of these awards in our very first full year is incredibly meaningful,” said Hutchinson. “We focus every day on creating personalized, memorable guest experiences, and I couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve built here.”

TKo Hospitality president Vince DiFonzo echoed her pride, praising the team’s commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction.
